Welcome to Etiole De Mer! A Dillon Beach jewel! If you are looking for a luxurious, peaceful retreat from everyday life with easy access to the beach and absolutely stunning sunset views, you have arrived!

Enter Etoile De Mer through the entrance off the driveway and step into the beautiful, original tiled entryway. To your left is a light filled sitting room with fantastic water views and wood burning fireplace! Comfortable furnishings and large west facing windows make this the perfect room to sit back and curl up with your favorite book!

Follow the entryway hall into the open concept dining, living and kitchen area. Here the group can gather in style while preparing meals, planning your day exploring local attractions, or just sitting at the dining room table to catch up with each other and take in the unimpeded view of a beautiful Pacific Ocean sunset! The sliding doors off the dining area open to a small patio with lounge chairs to further enjoy the those ocean views!

The kitchen is fully outfitted with top of the line appliances, plentiful counterspace, pantry, and everything you will need to prepare simple to gourmet meals for the whole group! Adjacent and open to the living room & dining area, with breakfast bar seating and ocean views, preparing meals is sure to be a warm, fun and social experience for the whole group!

Off of the kitchen you will find 3 bedrooms and full guest bath. One bedroom has two large, comfy beds - 1 queen and 1 full - with a classically styled black and white en suite with shower enclosure! The 2nd bright, light-filled bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen bed. A full guest bath with shower/tub combo separates these two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a gas log fireplace, queen bed, ocean views and beautiful marble accented en suite! This bathroom also has a subway tiled jetted shower/tub combo for your enjoyment!

Across from the primary bedroom, and before heading upstairs to the family lounge & game room, is access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

Heading upstairs, you enter a large open space with yet more amazing ocean views, another gas/log fireplace, comfy couch and wall mounted Smart TV with satellite service. There's a unique and fun wall cubby ready to be a play area for the kids, or quiet reading nook. Behind the sitting lounge is a full sized pool table and foosball table sure to keep your group entertained!! Off of the game area are sliding doors to a 2nd story, wind protected, deck area. Feel free to open them up and let that ocean air flow through the space as you battle your friends over the Foosball table or in a game of pool! A full bath with jetted shower enclosure can also be found on this level.

Lastly, access the garage off of the main level through the door adjacent to the staircase leading upstairs to indulge yourself in a game of Ping Pong with your friends, or to roll out the propane gas BBQ into the driveway and fire it up to grill dinner for the evening!

Etoile De Mer has exactly what you are looking for in your next Dillon Beach vacation! Five high school friends had our reunion after almost 60 years at Star at the Sea. Five older ladies enjoyed the house and its location. Despite the colder/foggier weather and the Power outage one morning, we had a lovely experience in this spacious space.
The information packet needs to be updated as the cost of beach parking was twice the amount etc. Also recommend indicating where the spare blankets/sheets are located as we searched for quite a while for them. Better lighting by the beds would improve reading in bed etc.
I appreciated the property manager who went beyond the call of duty returning something I left after check out. I would definitely recommend this property but most of all the Wine Country to Coast organization.

My friends and I had the most relaxing time at Etoile De Mer. The location cannot be beat and the views from the living room and sun room were breathtaking. We enjoyed reading, playing games, cooking, and relaxing in all of the communal areas of the house. The bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds. The natural light in the house was especially wonderful! Also enjoyed exploring the trails that lead down to the beach and long walks to where the Pacific meets Tomales Bay. Would highly recommend this home!

My family had an amazing stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. Great location, direct ocean view from 4 rooms (dining, family, game and master bedroom), access to the beach via a trail in 5 minutes; parking on the driveway for 4 or 5 cars; all appliances work; the game room loft has pool table, foosbal, 65-in 4k TV, sofa bed and full bath; ping-pong in the garage; rooms are professionally cleaned.

Loved our stay, everything as described, lovely management team. Only comment would be to keep some cooking basics stocked (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.) as it's a beautiful kitchen and most such houses provide that.

Top notch, 5 star place. From the moment we walked in with all the lights on, and soft jazz playing us in each room to welcome back us, this home had everything. We felt like royalty, with views that took our breath away. The owners of this house have thought of everything to make the stay, 1 of a kind. We will be back!!!!!
