This modern and beautifully furnished 2 bed/ 2 bath sits high up in Cazadero overlooking the Russian River Valley. The valley views will absolutely stun you! Enjoy the expansive views while entertaining in the home or kicking back and relaxing while watching the sunsets from the hot tub! The yard includes a salt water hot tub, horseshoe pit, charcoal BBQ, fruit trees that you're welcome to help yourself to including lemon, lime, kumquat, persimmon, pomegranate, fig, finger lime, and pineapple guava. Please note there is no electric coffeemaker, however a multitude of "pour over" options are provided such as a French press, stovetop espresso maker, Chemex coffeemaker, whole bean coffee grinder, and electric kettle.

- Dining area - Opens to the living room area and kitchen - great for meals and game nights! There is a wall of windows looking out to the stunning yard and valley below
